For technical support and/or maintenance we can distinguish 2 situations:
1. GRIPPER equipment which shows any kind of problem within the first 12 months after invoice date carries a 12 month “Whole Unit Replacement Warranty”.
2. GRIPPER equipment which shows any kind of problem after the Warranty period. It can always be refurbished by ordering new spare parts for it. Our engineers at the factory are standing by to analyse and solve your problem.
